Great Improvement of Online Query to Provide More Convenience for the Citizens -- Online print personal real property registration information querying results

　　From September 2, 2019, Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau launched the convenient service "Online Querying of Personal Real Property Registration Information". The citizen may query and print the information of the real properties registered under his / her name, to realize the true "No Application at Physical Service Center".

　　A citizen may use the "Personal Real Property Registration Information Querying" function provided for the WeChat Official Account "Guangzhou Real Property Registration" to query the real properties within Guangzhou City and registered under his/her name, after enters his/her name and ID Card Number and completes the Face Recognition Based Identity Authentication. Upon a successful query, a QR Code will be generated for the competent authorities to verify the information in PDF format. The results in PDF format may be downloaded or printed at any time.

　　It should be noted that the PDF file has been affixed with an electronic seal specific for the querying of real property registration information. The querying results obtained online are identical to those provided by the service window in contents and legal effects, and may be used for making application for enrollment in a school, house purchase, taxation, loan, migration and housing security.

　　Compared with the past, the personal real property registration information can be queried online at anytime and anywhere conveniently, in addition to making application at the physical service center through the service window or self-service terminal. This service will greatly improve the querying efficiency, and put the public service to a new level.

　　Step 2: Select the "Services" "Personal Real Property Registration Information Querying" in the WeChat Official Account "Guangzhou Real Property Registration".

　　Step 3: Read the Notice to Users and check the "I have read this Notice and agree to all terms and conditions therein" box. Enter the Name and ID Card Number of applicant; select the Querying Purposes; and then click "OK" button to go through the next procedures.

　　Step 4: Check the "I acknowledge and agree that the service provider and Tencent may use and send the relevant data for ID Authentication" box, and click "Next".

　　Step 5: Activate the face recognition function, turn your face to the screen, and read the number displayed aloud.

　　Step 6: The querying results will be displayed immediately after the successful face recognition. A "View QR Code" button and a "Download Certificate" button are provided at the bottom of querying results. Click "View QR Code" to display the QR Code for this query. The competent authorities may use this QR Code to verify the information in PDF format. Click the "Download Certificate" to download the results in PDF format to your mobile phone. The querying results obtained online are identical to those provided by the service window in contents and legal effects.
