　　Online query applications shall be lodged with real-name based identity authentication, requiring the applicant to enter his/her PRC resident ID card information. One ID card is valid for five queries at most within the same day.

　　The records available for query are only limited to real properties located in Yuexiu District, Liwan District, Tianhe District, Haizhu District, Baiyun District and HuangPu District (excluding the former Luogang District) within the jurisdiction of Guangzhou City.

　　The online query services is intended to provide easy access to relevant archival information for the purpose of real property purchase, sales, lease or mortgage, or real-property-related lawsuits or arbitrations. The search input must be consistent with the information recorded in the property right certificate; otherwise the system will yield no results. Results of the query are records of/related to the real property registration. In case of any discrepancies, information and data recorded on the Real Property Registry shall prevail.
