Heartwarming Services to Enterprises Guangzhou Municipal Real Estate Registration Agency launches a series of door-to-door services

　　In order to further implement the work requirements to enhance the capacity and style construction of real estate registration agencies in Guangdong Province, deepen the brand construction of “Wholehearted Registration Service to Warm All Families in Guangzhou”, strengthen the promotion of property rights protection to optimize the business environment in Guangzhou, the Guangzhou Municipal Real Estate Registration Center, in conjunction with various district-level real estate registration centers, has started a series of "Wholehearted Registration Services to Warm All Families in Guangzhou" in enterprises and public institutions since October 12, 2018.

　　Guangzhou Municipal Real Estate Registration Agencies have carried out 11 on-site service activities at various units including the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Frontier Defense Forces, Guangzhou Power Supply Co., Ltd., Guangdong GW Holdings Group Co., Ltd., China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd., Guangdong Southern Newspaper Media Group, Nanfang College of Sun Yat-Sen University, and Guangzhou Bicheng Science & Technology Investment Co. Ltd, Qilinxincheng Resettlement Zone, Guangdong DP Co. Ltd, Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co. Ltd, and Guangzhou Comprehensive Service Center for Green Finance.

　　For these on-site activities, personnel responsible for specific businesses were dispatched, setting up the consulting post, and service post by CPC members. The real estate registration agency staff provided services of on-site receipt and certificate issuance, answered the problems about real estate registration for employees of enterprises and public institutions, and offered guidance on business-handling procedures and related policies and regulations. Nearly 10 booths were placed on the site to promote the knowledge of real estate registration and related policies. Meanwhile, the staff also distributed such promotional materials as "Guidelines for Business Handling", "Handbook of Guangzhou Municipal Real Estate Registration for the People", "Knowledge of Real Estate Registration", "100 Questions and Answers on Real Estate Registration Business", guided employees of enterprises and public institutions to follow the WeChat Official Accounts of "Guangzhou Municipal Real Estate Registration", experience such functions as WeChat self-service consultation of "Guangzhou Municipal Real Estate Registration e-Communication", and WeChat self-service inquiry about real estate registration information. Besides, they promoted the real estate "e-Registration" service and the "20 measures for people’s benefits". Themed lectures were also held during part of these events to publicize property rights protection and real estate registration among employees.

　　The door-to-door activities themed “Wholehearted Registration Service to Warm All Families in Guangzhou” carried out by the real estate registration agencies serve as one of the major moves by the Land, Resources & Urban Planning Commission of Guangzhou Municipality to implement the spirit of the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping when inspecting Guangdong Province. It tends to deepen the reform on real estate registration to facilitate the people, and promote the implementation of the “20 measures to benefit the people". It’s an extension of the "green channel" opened by registration institutions to benefit people. Moving the service windows forward means to create a "five-star" full-process service for enterprises and public institutions; the "zero distance" services to solve the doubts and listen to the opinions and suggestions of the masses, just reflect and convey the concept of “wholehearted services to warm all families” of the Guangzhou Municipal Real Estate Registration Agencies.
